Virgnia Kanyogonya
Virginia is a social science researcher with a passion for building and advocating for equitable communities. She has spent over a decade in the non-profit sector supporting public employment sector programs, decent work initiatives and youth programming in both Canada and East Africa. Serving as the Director of Programs at The Canadian Institute of Cultural Affairs since 2018, Virginia oversees the organization's leadership programs. She is also currently a PhD candidate at the University of Toronto. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with family, listening to podcasts and weightlifting.
